Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring a Part-time Donation Center Attendant at the Union Hills RDC in Glendale, AZ. The role handles donations expediently, assists customers unloading items, and ensures proper tagging and sorting of merchandise.

Starting pay is $15.15 hourly. Responsibilities include sorting donations, labeling gaylords, creating shipping manifests, and maintaining a safe, clean donation area while operating center equipment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to be trained and take direction.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Receives all donations from customers, provides outstanding customer service.
• Sorts incoming donations by merchandise type and labels gaylords.
• Creates manifests for shipping and transport of outgoing donations.
• Operates company equipment and keeps donation area clean and orderly.
• Assists customers with unloading furniture or other items.
• Cleans restrooms, parking lot, and donation area; follows safety rules.
