Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a Donation Center Associate in Scottsdale to receive donations, issue receipts, and help with sorting and labeling donated goods. You will support loading/unloading, maintain a clean donation area, and ensure safety and proper handling of merchandise.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to be trained and take direction.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receives all donations promptly and courteously.
• Accepts donations from customers and provides receipts.
• Sorts donations by merchandise type.
• Labels gaylords for storage, transport.
• Creates manifests for shipping and transport of outgoing goods.
• Safeguards company property and reports theft or misappropriation.
• Follows safety rules and keeps areas clean and hazard-free.
• Assists in loading/unloading merchandise onto/off trucks or trailers.
• Promotes teamwork and community impact.
