Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Chino Valley is seeking a Donation Center Attendant (RDC) to receive donations, assist customers, and help keep the donation area clean and organized. You will sort items, label gaylords, and prepare shipments while adhering to safety rules and using company equipment.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, the ability to follow directions, and the stamina to walk and lift as needed.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to be trained and take direction.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receives all donations in an expedient, courteous manner.
• Sorts incoming donations based on general type of merchandise.
• Labels all gaylords for correct merchandise type and storage.
• Creates manifest for shipping and transport of outgoing gaylords.
• Operates company owned equipment.
• Keeps donation center area clean and hazard-free.
