Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. in Idaho is seeking a Production Associate to support daily operations by processing donations, sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock, and assisting guests and donors.

The role requires the ability to work with people of varying abilities, perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods, and complete a background check. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for cross-training across production

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires use of hands for grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move within the facility and community.
• Must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process donations according to best practices and daily goals.
• Sort and prepare merchandise for sale; replenish stock as needed.
• Greet and assist guests and donors; support at donation door as assigned.
• Cross-train and assist in all production areas as directed.
