Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain seeks a Production Associate to support daily operations, including processing donations, sorting merchandise for sale, replenishing stock, and assisting guests and donors on the floor.

The role requires ability to work with people of varying abilities, perform repetitive tasks, and be physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting throughout shifts. A background check is required for all positions.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Process donations and sort/prepare merchandise for sale.
• Replenish stock and remove merchandise from the sales floor.
• Greet and assist guests and/or donors.
• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed and cross-train for other production tasks.
