Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail and stock handling experience is preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Intermediate level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet browsers.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the donation center.
• Motivate, train, and retain staff at the Donation Xpress center.
• Maintain accurate records and donor tallies.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and participate in inspections.
• Provide feedback on employee performance to supervisors.
• Assist in loading donated items onto GICF trucks.
