Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is hiring a Donation Xpress Attendant to provide excellent customer service while receiving donated treasures from donors. You will issue receipts, sort items, and assist with loading donations for transport, helping maintain an organized donation center.

This entry-level, part-time role requires a positive, professional demeanor and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team while upholding safety standards and the organisation's mission.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail and/or stock handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the donation center.
• Greeting each donor with a courteous, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Respectfully receiving donations while issuing donation receipts.
• Assisting donors with lifting items in and out of their vehicles.
• Sorting donations in accordance with all policies and procedures.
• Adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards as directed.
• Assisting in loading GICF trucks with donated items as needed.
