Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a Donation Xpress Attendant to provide excellent customer service, issue receipts, and help move donated items for transport. You will open and close the donation center, greet donors, sort donations per policy, assist with lifting and loading, and maintain safety and cleanliness in a dynamic retail environment.

Must be 18+, capable of lifting up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with help, and able to work outdoors and indoors in varying

• Excellent customer service demonstrated in a retail or donation setting.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures for donations and receipts.
• Willingness to assist with lifting and loading items.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the donation center.
• Greet donors with courteous, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Receive donations and issue donation receipts.
• Assist donors with lifting items in and out of vehicles.
• Sort donations per policy and procedures.
• Assist in loading GICF trucks with donated items.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
