Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a Donation Xpress Attendant to provide excellent customer service, greet donors, issue receipts, and help with sorting and loading donated items. You will be part of a team that makes donating easy and welcoming at the donation center.

Openings include opening and closing the donation center, upholding safety standards, and assisting with loading trucks while following all policies. Must be 18+, retail or stock experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail and/or stock handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the donation center.
• Greeting each donor with a courteous, friendly attitude.
• Respectfully receiving donations and issuing receipts.
• Assisting donors with lifting items in and out of their vehicles.
• Sorting donations in accordance with GICF policies and procedures.
• Assisting in loading GICF trucks with donated items.
• Adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
