Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a Donation Xpress Lead Attendant to oversee daily donation center operations and staff. You will provide excellent customer service, issue donor receipts, sort donated items, and assist with loading donations for transport.

The role requires prior retail/stock experience and some supervisory experience, with proficiency in MS Office. The position offers on-site work and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail and/stock handling experience preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Intermediate level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet browsers.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the donation center.
• Motivating, training, and retaining staff.
• Maintaining accurate records for the location and donor tallies.
• Completing monthly safety meetings and inspections.
• Providing feedback to supervisory staff on performance.
• Assisting in loading trucks with donated items.
