Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a Donation Xpress Attendant to provide excellent customer service as donations are received and receipts issued. You will sort items, assist donors, and help load donations for transport, with safety and cleanliness standards applied.

Prior retail/stock handling helps, and applicants must be 18+. The role involves opening/closing the donation center, greeting donors, and lifting items up to 40 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs) as part of daily

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service
• Retail and/or stock handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift items and work in a physical setting

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the donation center.
• Greet donors with courtesy and professionalism.
• Issue donation receipts and assist with loading donations as needed.
• Sort donations according to policy and procedures.
• Help load goods onto GICF trucks; perform related safety tasks.
