Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Delaware & Delaware County, Inc. is seeking an Attended Donation Center Attendant (ADCA) to warmly welcome donors, process donations, and support facility safety and maintenance at the Havertown donation site.

The role emphasizes world-class customer service, accurate donor records, and safe handling of loads. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 1–3 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1-3 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers promptly in a friendly manner.
• Unload donations from vehicles and maintain accurate daily donation counts.
• Process donations following established guidelines and safety procedures.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area, including proper attire and equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and ensure safe handling of merchandise.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety policies to protect staff and donors.
• Perform housekeeping and report maintenance needs to supervisor.
