Job summary

Goodwill of the Finger Lakes is seeking an ADC Donor Greeter to welcome donors, assist with donations, and provide friendly, service-oriented help at the front of the donation center. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and a neat, organized workspace.

You will record donations, sort and prepare items for processing, label equipment, load/unload merchandise, and support the team during peak times, including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must work weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in bringing donations inside.
• Records donations using daily tracking methods.
• Sort donations into proper equipment for processing and transportation.
• Properly labels all equipment.
• Responsible for assisting in loading and unloading of merchandise and equipment onto/off trucks as needed.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful attitude toward the customer and keep a neat, safe workspace.
