Job summary

Goodwill-Easter-Seals-Miami-Valley-3 seeks a Retail Associate to perform store tasks including selling, accepting donations, pricing goods, and preparing textiles and items for resale. You will greet customers, provide friendly service, and uphold agency standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, loading donations, stocking shelves, and ensuring safety and cleanliness according to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required.
• Must pass criminal background check and random drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Greet customers and maintain a cheerful disposition when servicing customers.
• Maintain a superior level of customer service to meet agency standards.
• Load/sort materials on the trailer and maintain safety practices.
• Operate cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect items to determine saleability and prepare goods for resale.
• Receive and handle donated goods from donors.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays; keep records up to date.
