Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a Donation Center Associate to greet donors, process donations, and issue receipts. You will sort donations, price wares, and keep stockrooms organized, while maintaining clean, safe work areas.

The role requires basic computer skills and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly, with assistance for heavier items. Excellent customer service is essential in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or stock handling experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers/donors and process donations; issue receipts for items donated.
• Sort donations and price wares; maintain stockroom organization.
• Keep production area clean and safe; follow safety procedures.
• Provide general information to customers/donors and assist processors when needed.
• Follow CPSCs procedures and respond to emergencies; assist with other duties as assigned.
