Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Donation Door Attendant to serve as the front-line representative, greeting donors, recording donations, and processing items through the Kaizen system. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean donation area, and ensure procedures are followed.

The role involves sorting donations, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is preferred, with flexibility in scheduling for a part-time hourly

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to stand long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with donation processing tools is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Greet donors and customers with a friendly demeanor and provide excellent service.
• Receive donations by loading items into hoppers, recording donations, and providing receipts.
• Evaluate donations using guidelines and communicate unaccepted items politely.
• Maintain clean, safe donation areas and follow safety policies.
• Sort donations and containers according to tracking and labeling guidelines.
• Assist with loading/unloading and safe handling of pallets and storage trailers.
• Support all store-related duties as assigned by supervisors.
