The position requires standing for extended periods, ability to lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds, and flexibility in scheduling.

• Maintain clean donation areas.
• Sort donations per guidelines and track method.
• Properly sort items into containers and storage.
• Remove unsafe pallets and load trailers safely.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE.
• Adhere to customer service program and training.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Support store operations as assigned by supervisors.
