MERS Missouri Goodwill is hiring a Retail Donation Attendant for our Washington Store - Hwy 100. You will assist donors, process donations, and keep the sales floor organized while delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS diploma/GED preferred.
• Strong communication with coworkers, customers and management.
• Organized and able to interact with a diverse workforce.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service, greet donors, assist drop-offs, issue receipts.
• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donations and purchased goods by category per guidelines.
• Notify management of hazardous or inappropriate items.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, assist with stocking.
• Uphold safety and cross-team communication.
