MERS Missouri Goodwill Industries is hiring a Retail Donation Attendant at the Blue Springs Store - MO-7. This hourly full-time role offers meaningful work supporting our mission, with duties including donor drop-offs, customer service, and donation sorting in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• No degree is required; HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse workforce.
• Math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsabilités

• Provide positive customer service interactions, including greetings and donor assistance with donations and tax receipts.
• Handle all donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Notify management of hazardous or inappropriate donations.
• Maintain store area cleanliness and stock organization.
• Uphold safety and professional standards across teams.
• Foster positive relationships with team members and leadership.
• Adhere to dress code and safeguarding policies.
• PTO accrual and flexible scheduling benefits are available.
