Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking a energetic Retail Donation Attendant for the Hannibal store, Stardust team. This full-time, hourly role supports donors and customers, ensuring friendly interactions and efficient donation processing.

Qualifications

• Requires no degree; High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service interactions, including greetings and donor assistance.
• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into appropriate categories.
• Notify management of hazardous or inappropriate merchandise.
• Maintain store area cleanliness and organization.
• Uphold safety, dress code, and company policies.
• Work cross-functionally to improve communication and operations.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect assets.
