This entry-level role helps strengthen our communities by turning generous donations into opportunities for growth. You will greet donors, issue receipts, sort donations, and assist with flowing merchandise to the sales floor.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be 18 years old and over to operate power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, issue receipts, and invite future donations.
• Move donations to keep merchandise flowing to the sales floor.
• Price products using simple pricing strategies.
• Unload furniture safely from donor vehicles (2-person lift >40 lbs).
• Maintain donation counts and accurate records.
• Operate non-powered and powered equipment safely.
• Assist with loading/unloading trailers and maintain a safe workspace.
