Responsibilities

• Greet donors warmly and assist with unloading donations.
• Receive, inspect, sort, and price donated items following guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized donation area and safe work environment.
• Accurately document donation intake and report discrepancies to management.
• Collaborate with team members to support store operations and prioritize tasks.
• Uphold Kaizen standards to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
