Job summary

Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Donation Attendant to maximize store profitability through donor service, accurate records, and efficient material handling. You will greet donors, issue receipts, and help sort donations while supporting flow to the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (18+).

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, provide receipt, assist with donations and sorting.
• Support product flow by moving donations and salvage to sales floor.
• Price products using price tiers or 1-touch method.
• Unload donations from donor vehicles safely (2-person lift up to 40 lbs).
• Maintain accuracy in donation counts and records.
• Operate non-powered and powered equipment safely for moving containers.
• Load/unload trailers and keep a safe, clean work environment.
• Contribute to 5S and safety compliance.
• Promote core values in daily tasks.
