Job summary

Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Donation Attendant to maximize store profitability through excellent donor service, accurate donation records, and efficient material handling. The role supports community impact by enabling smooth donation flow and engaging with donors and coworkers to maintain a positive environment.

The position requires 18+ power equipment experience, strong customer service, and the ability to stand and lift up to 40 lbs. No prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18 years old and over).

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, issue receipts, and assist with donations.
• Move and process donations to keep merchandise flowing to the sales floor.
• Safely unload furniture and load/unload trailers as needed.
• Maintain donation counts and safe, clean work environment.
