Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a Donation Attendant who helps maximize store profitability by delivering donor service, accurate donation records, and efficient material handling.

You will greet donors, issue receipts, assist with sorting donations, move items to the sales floor, and operate light material handling equipment while following safety rules. No prior experience is required, and we welcome those 18+ to apply.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment; must be 18 years old.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide receipts for donations.
• Assist by sorting and recording donations.
• Move donations to the sales floor and assist with product flow.
• Operate or assist with material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, organized donation and work areas.
• Follow 5S principles and safety guidelines.
