Qualified candidates will typically have a HS diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a diverse team. The position is full-time with hourly pay and a monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• No degree required; High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Basic math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service interactions, including greetings and donor assistance.
• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into appropriate categories.
• Notify management of hazardous or inappropriate donations.
• Maintain high quality and quantity standards while working efficiently.
• Stock, straighten, rotate, and clean the store area.
• Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards.
