Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a dedicated team member in Mesa to enhance customer experiences and promote sales. You will receive donations, correctly label Gaylords, assist loading and unloading, and help maintain organized production areas according to standards.

Starting pay is $15.15 per hour. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), paid time off, and other comprehensive rewards after eligibility. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Labels items and processes donations following store procedures.
• Assists customers with loading and unloading merchandise as needed.
• Operates pallet jack and walkie stacker in a safe manner.
• Performs floor care and maintains organization of production room and sales floor.
• Cross-trains in other store positions as needed and supports safety compliance.
