Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Fort Mohave is seeking a team member to lead a positive customer and brand experience. Starting pay is $15.15 hourly. You will receive donations, label items, and assist customers while supporting sales and store operations.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to pass a forklift certification, and adherence to safety and process standards to help keep our store organized and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Label items correctly and ensure receipts are offered.
• Assist donors and load/unload merchandise as needed.
• Maintain organization of the production room and sales floor.
• Safely operate pallet jack and walkie stacker and perform daily safety checks.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
