Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a courteous, friendly and professional attitude and provide prompt service.
• Receive donations from donors and issue donation receipts for donated articles.
• Rotate stock on a timely basis and bring stock to sales floor per procedures.
• Present merchandise on appropriate racks and shelves following merchandising policies.
• Sort, box and label hangers by type and assist in textile color rotation.
• Direct customers to proper areas and provide general information as requested.
• Watch for shoplifting and notify store management of suspicious activity.
• Keep sales floor and production area clean and safe.
