Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida in Orlando, FL is seeking a Part Time associate to assist donors, process donations, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. You will greet customers, issue receipts, rotate stock, and ensure textiles are properly categorized and displayed according to policy.

Entry level opportunity requiring a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred retail experience. Ability to lift and stand for long periods is expected; training provided to follow safety

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent preferred; retail experience often preferred.
• Ability to greet donors/customers and issue receipts accurately.
• Familiar with sorting, labeling, and displaying donated textiles per policy.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations politely and issue receipts.
• Rotate stock and present merchandise on racks and shelves.
• Sort, box, and label hangers by type.
• Assist in textile color rotation and maintain color order.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on the sales floor and production area.
• Refer customer issues to management promptly.
