Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and donors with courteous, friendly and professional attitude; provide prompt, efficient, and accurate customer service at all times.
• Receive donations and issue receipts; assist customers with lifting items.
• Sort donations and price wares; determine quality of donations.
• Keep production area clean and safe and other store areas as directed.
• Provide general information to customers/donors.
• Assist processors when needed.
• Follow CPSC procedures and other Public Protection Guidelines.
• React calmly in emergency situations.
• Refer all complaints to management in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
