Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area in Downingtown, PA, is seeking a Sales Associate for the Donated Goods Retail department to provide excellent customer service and assist with daily store operations.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and ensure an attractive, clean sales floor with proper merchandise rotation and visual merchandising. No formal education is required; must be 18+ and able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets, assists customers and answers telephone in a positive and professional manner.
• Operates cash register and credit/debit transactions with accuracy and according to policies.
• Organizes, color coordinates and rotates merchandise on the sales floor and maintains cleanliness.
• Promotes and represents Goodwill Keystone Area and its mission at all times.
• Participates in organizational programs and events.
• Supports safety and communicates progress to the Customer Service Manager.
