Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring for a store associate to support donation intake and retail operations at our Georgia locations. You’ll greet guests, process transactions, upsell merchandise, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and uphold a friendly, brand-driven culture.
• Maintain a professional, patient, and people-first attitude with guests.
• Transition merchandise to the sales floor with care and urgency.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Recommend/upsell merchandise and round up during transactions.
• Accurately handle point-of-sale transactions with guests.
