Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong oral and written English communication.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Must be 18+ to operate a forklift (certification required).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent guest experience.
• Sort, examine, and grade donated goods for sale.
• Prepare items for the sales floor with attention to detail.
• Operate point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Assist with merchandising and upsell during transactions.
• Follow safety and security practices and report hazards.
• Participate in trainings and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with management and team members to meet production goals.
