Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring a store associate to help process donations and merchandise, delivering friendly guest service and supporting daily operations across our 100+ locations.

In this role you will greet guests, assist with checkout, maintain store cleanliness, and participate in training to uphold safety and brand standards while contributing to our mission of helping local job seekers find meaningful work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and promote the brand while upselling items.
• Maintain professional, customer-first attitude.
• Transition product to sales floor with urgency.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies.
• Process POS transactions accurately.
• Identify and resolve problems with management support.
• Communicate effectively with management and guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Attend trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
