Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area in the United States is seeking a friendly Sales Associate for our Donated Goods Retail store to provide excellent customer service and support daily operations.

You will greet customers, process transactions, organize merchandise, and help promote the organization's mission while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and compliance with state and federal rules.

Qualifications

• No formal education is necessary.
• POS experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and available for varying store hours with some evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist customers and answer telephone in a positive, professional manner.
• Operates cash register and processes credit/debit transactions accurately.
• Organizes and rotates merchandise to maintain an attractive, clean sales floor.
• Promotes Goodwill Keystone Area and its mission at all times.
• Participates in events and supports store programs.
• Maintains a safe working environment and adheres to safety requirements.
• Communicates progress and concerns to the Customer Service Manager.
