Goodwill Industries of the Redwood Empire is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Fourth Street Store in Santa Rosa. This full-time, non-exempt role partners with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales and ensure excellent donor and client service while supervising staff and volunteers.

The ASM serves as manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence and will promote a safe, productive work environment and adherence to company policies, aiming to exceed performance

Qualifications

• Two years’ supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong math and analytical abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily store operations in coordination with the Store Manager.
• Supervise staff and volunteers; train and provide feedback.
• Maintain inventory quality and budget adherence; support payroll processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve store operations and outcomes.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.
