Job summary

ShopGoodwill - Santa Rosa, CA seeks a Manager to oversee ShopGoodwill operations, drive revenue, and manage staff. This full-time role includes supervising ShopGoodwill staff, analyzing performance data, and ensuring policy compliance.

The position requires travel within the Redwood Empire service area, strong leadership, and a focus on customer service and operational efficiency. Starting wage is $35/hour and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; post-secondary education with an emphasis in Business preferred.
• 3 years of proven management experience in an online sales environment preferred.
• Valid CA Class C Driver’s License and proof of personal auto insurance.
• Must have access to a reliable passenger vehicle that supports completion of essential and ancillary functions of the position.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook at proficient level.
• Superior organizational and general administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive ShopGoodwill revenue performance, ensuring achievement of financial targets and revenue growth.
• Utilize data analytics to understand variances and progress of KPIs; report sales and production data to stakeholders.
• Ensure internal and external policies, procedures and standards are met.
• Implement and maintain procedures to maximize efficiency in production, sales, customer service and donation receipt with continuous improvement focus.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage end-to-end processes for online sales and shipping; maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Manage the front-end website experience, category strategy, landing pages, product assortment, pricing, and merchandising mix.
• Ensure safety standards are met and provide training to store management.
