Goodwill of Sacramento Valley & Northern NV seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations under the Store Manager and Regional Manager. The role focuses on donations processing, inventory control, and delivering strong customer service while guiding staff in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have retail experience with supervision, a high school diploma, and a commitment to integrity.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping to maintain simple store records.
• Minimum three years’ experience in retail, with at least one year in a supervisory role, or college graduate.
• Must pass drug screening and criminal background check.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must meet qualitative and quantitative performance standards as established by the company.
• Must provide proof of identification and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing donations processing and salvage operations.
• Maximize sales through proper stock rotation, display, pricing, and inventory control.
• Ensure store meets sales goals and delivers quality customer service.
• Open or close the store as scheduled and maintain store appearance.
• Assist the Store Manager in hiring, training and supervising staff to ensure an efficient workforce.
• Maintain safety and asset protection procedures and report incidents.
