Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a team-oriented associate to inspect and grade donated goods and efficiently process items to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced retail environment. You will move across stations, communicate with teammates and management, maintain safety, and participate in required trainings.

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, and you must be 18+ to operate a forklift.

Qualifications

• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods per SOPs.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced setting.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support production needs.
• Identify and solve problems or seek management support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
