Goodwill of North Georgia seeks a Grader to assess donated goods and prepare items for sale in stores and online. You will play a key role in turning donations into job training opportunities while supporting daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift.
• Strong organizational skills and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goals.
• Identify problems and seek management support.
• Communicate effectively with management and teammates.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation with peers.
• Follow training playbooks and instructions.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized work area.
• Adhere to safety and security practices.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
