Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring to inspect and grade donated goods for resale in our Retail stores. You will process items efficiently to meet daily production goals, while adapting to multiple areas and maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong organizational skills, and reliable communication in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth across our network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate a forklift.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support production.
• Identify and quickly solve problems and/or seek management support.
• Effectively communicate with management and team members.
• Promote cooperation and teamwork with peers.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
