Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Domestic Operations Supervisor in Orlando, FL. You will oversee the Operations team, manage daily shipment processing, and drive performance improvements across warehouse and shipment activities.

The role emphasizes training, scheduling, carrier coordination, and maintaining safety standards while delivering exceptional service to customers and partners globally.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3-5 years freight forwarding experience.
• Supervisor experience preferred.
• Domestic experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound receipts, outbound shipment, storage, stocking and inventory control.
• Improve processes, standardization and documentation procedures for all operations shifts.
• Oversee Operations and service levels of logistics operations.
• Track shipments and manage cartage set up.
• Schedule staff to maximize productivity and minimize expenses.
• Coordinate with trucking firms, customers, brokers, sales teams and vendors.
