Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee domestic, international, and cartage warehouse operations in a fast-paced setting. You will lead staff, coordinate with internal teams, and drive efficiency across warehousing processes to meet service and cost goals.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations staff in day-to-day activities (Domestic, International, Pick Pack and Ship, Cartage)
• Meet with local warehouse suppliers/providers and negotiate to obtain outcomes
• Develop an operations baseline and benchmark to industry standards for warehousing areas
• Supervise daily domestic service and operations related to cartage, freight movement and dispatch quotes
• Provide an effective warehousing system that delivers high service levels to customers and partners
• Review and adjust staff as needed to meet company goals
• Achieve warehouse expense goals by monitoring warehousing metrics
• Ensure a safe working environment through safety programs and procedures
• Perform other duties as needed by the business
• The wage range for this position is $58,260.00-$87,380.00 and may vary by geography and experience
