Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations supporting domestic, international, and cartage freight with a strong focus on service levels and cost control.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to optimize processes, implement best practices, and ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment. This role is on site at our Coppell, TX facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiar with warehouse operations (Pick Pack Ship), domestic, international and cartage freight forwarding warehousing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency in WMS – 3PL Central.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to write procedures logically and methodically.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain attendance.
• Adhere to company policies and work rules.
• Self-directed, motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations staff in day-to-day activities of Domestic, International, Pick Pack and Ship, and Cartage Freight Warehouse.
• Meet with local warehouse suppliers and equipment providers to negotiate favorable terms.
• Develop benchmarks and identify cost/service improvement opportunities across warehousing operations.
• Oversee daily domestic service and operations related to cartage, freight movement, and dispatch quotes.
• Provide an efficient warehousing system delivering high service levels to customers and partners.
• Review staffing levels and adjust to meet company goals.
• Drive warehouse expense goals by monitoring metrics with internal teams.
• Ensure a safe working environment through consistent safety programs.
• Perform other duties as required.
