Job summary

Payoneer Inc. is seeking a Domain Operations Lead to serve as the operational backbone of the Business Application & Ecosystem domain, translating strategy into predictable execution.

You will partner with the Domain Head to plan, track, and communicate domain delivery across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams. You will guide quarterly planning, manage cross-team dependencies, advance AI-native workflows, and own governance, performance metrics, and leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of program and/or project management experience.
• Proven experience leading large cross-company programs (fintech, SaaS, or complex tech).
• Experience building dedicated AI tools and workflows to create operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and executive-level reporting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate quarterly and annual planning for the domain and keep the roadmap clear from idea to delivery.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies before they cause delays.
• Drive the domain’s shift to AI-native ways of working across planning, building, and operating.
• Champion consistent, well-run delivery practices across the domain including platform modernization.
• Own metrics and dashboards to show leadership domain performance and trends.
• Support team capacity planning and budget, including vendor management.
• Maintain a log of risks and issues and drive mitigation and resolution.
• Prepare clear, business-focused updates for senior leadership.
• Lead leadership meetings: agendas, decisions, and follow-up.
• Drive efficiency initiatives across the organization and share best practices with other operations leads.
