Payoneer is seeking an experienced product leader to own a fintech product area end-to-end, including AI-powered capabilities and agentic flows. You will partner with Compliance, Risk and Engineering to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that meet customer needs.

You will hire and coach PMs, drive business outcomes, and maintain a high-quality product bar while collaborating with customers to prioritize impactful initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing product managers in a regulated fintech domain.
• Hands‑on experience building AI-powered product capabilities.
• Deep understanding of agentic flows and production orchestration.
• Data mastery across analytics and qualitative evidence.
• Bias for action with measurable business impact.
• Attention to detail, include a favorite TV show in resume.
• Customer‑centric mindset with clear business outcomes.
• Strong, structured communicator trusted by engineers and executives.
