interface.ai in San Francisco seeks a Domain PM to own a domain's product end-to-end, from demand and packaging to measurable outcomes. You’ll partner with a senior engineer, operate under ambiguity, and help shape a profitable AI-native banking platform.

You’ll drive the roadmap, balance trade-offs, and mentor teams in a small, high-leverage environment. This is an ownership seat for someone who thrives on impact and speed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with domain ownership.
• Shaped roadmaps under real ambiguity, not just executed others' plans.
• Technical enough to discuss architecture and trade-offs with senior engineers.
• Strong AI fluency and experience building agents, scripts, and workflows.
• First-principles problem-solving and high learning velocity.
• Thrives in a startup pace with rapid scope changes.

Responsibilities

• Own product direction for your domain—investments, sequencing, and sunsetting.
• Define outcomes with your Chief Engineer—impact, not just features.
• Translate demand from customers or teams into a defendable plan; avoid a feature factory.
• Set quality and capability bar in partnership with engineering.
• Work in an AI-native way, prototyping and analyzing with AI daily.
