Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce, marketplaces or related fields.
• Hands-on experience operating an e-commerce business or merchant operations.
• Experience applying AI tools to ecommerce workflows with measurable results.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to translate pain points to value.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across BD, Product, Ops, and Tech.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with U.S. merchants, buyers, brands, importers, and distributors to map workflows.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities to redesign sourcing, procurement, and e‑commerce ops.
• Translate needs into clear use cases, workflows, demos, and value propositions.
• Partner with Business Development on pilots and opportunities to boost adoption.
• Voice customer needs to Product and R&D, feeding feedback for roadmap.
• Turn successful cases into repeatable playbooks scalable across segments.
• Track adoption and identify ways to improve engagement and long-term value.
• Experiment with AI tools and agents to shape the company’s commerce vision.
