Job summary

Payoneer Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape the Core AI Platform, the trusted AI operating layer enabling product, engineering, and business teams to adopt AI safely and efficiently.

You will translate strategy into concrete roadmaps, collaborate with Engineering, Data, Architecture, and Security, and deliver reusable AI capabilities across Payoneer, driving adoption and impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in technical/platform/enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into roadmaps and actionable requirements.
• Deep understanding of modern AI technologies (LLMs, AI agents, governance, evaluation).
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Security, and Architecture teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Core AI Platform areas.
• Translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements, milestones, and outcomes.
• Define scalable, secure, compliant platform capabilities (AI infra, orchestration, APIs).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Security, and Architecture to balance build/buy/partner decisions.
